You could make the point that asking 'where is the beach?" is almost as pointless in Scotland as it is in Tibet- but of course you might be wanting to catch the ferry....

Scotland is far from landlocked, if you define beach as where the water meets the land they have BUNCHES LOL

Just to be sure my little joke was understood: sure Scotland has plenty of beaches in the technical sense of the word, but they are not as much fun to visit as in some other countries.
